Subject to these terms, Earendil grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the platform;
• interfere with other users or the operation of the service;

5. Intellectual Property

Earendil and its related software, workflows, branding, and documentation are owned by Earendil or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

6. Third-Party Services

Earendil may interoperate with third-party services, including accounting, identity, email, analytics, and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Earendil disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earendil will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the service.

9. Suspension and Termination

Earendil may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or use the service in a way that harms the platform or others.

10. Changes to These Terms

Earendil may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
